At Miniature House Kits, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day your item is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including the packaging and tags. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please inform us immediately, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you are unsure about a specific product, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend first returning the original product. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to be reflected in your account.
